Terms and Conditions for The Retreat, Ibiza

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation and attendance at The
Retreat, Ibiza ("Event"). By participating in the Event, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Please read them carefully.

1. Changes to Experiences: The experiences offered at The Retreat, Ibiza are subject to
change at the discretion of the organisers. While we strive to provide the advertised
experiences, circumstances beyond our control may necessitate alterations. We reserve the
right to modify, substitute, or cancel any experience without prior notice. Such changes do
not entitle participants to refunds or compensation.

2. Travel Insurance: Participants are solely responsible for arranging and obtaining their own
travel insurance. We strongly recommend that you secure comprehensive travel insurance
coverage to protect yourself against any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited
to trip cancellations, travel interruptions, medical emergencies, or loss of personal
belongings. The Retreat, Ibiza and its organisers will not be liable for any costs, losses,
damages, or expenses incurred as a result of inadequate or non-existent travel insurance.

3. Cancellation and Non-Travel: In the event of cancellation or non-travel by a participant, no
refund will be provided, this applies to any deposits paid. This includes, but is not limited to,
cancellations due to personal reasons, travel restrictions, visa denials (where applicable),
illness, or any other circumstances that prevent you from attending the Event. We
recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

4. Participant Responsibility: Participants understand and acknowledge that the experiences
offered at The Retreat, Ibiza are entirely optional. It is the responsibility of each participant to
assess their own needs and capabilities and to participate in any experience accordingly.
Participants must make informed decisions about their involvement and undertake
experiences at their own risk. The Retreat, Ibiza and its organisers will not be liable for any
injuries, accidents, illnesses, damages, or losses incurred during the Event.

5. Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being during
the Event. It is essential to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or dietary
restrictions to the organisers in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate
such requests, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or suitable
alternatives for every participant. Participants are advised to take appropriate precautions,
including seeking medical advice if necessary, before participating in any physical or
strenuous activities.

6. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and
responsible manner throughout the Event. Any behaviour that is disruptive, offensive, or
harmful to others will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Event
without refund.

7. Intellectual Property: The Retreat, Ibiza and its organisers will capture photos, videos, or
audio recordings during the Event for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us
the right to use such material without compensation or further consent.

8. Force Majeure: The Retreat, Ibiza and its organisers shall not be held responsible or liable
for any delays, interruptions, or failures to perform any obligation if such delays,
interruptions, or failures result from acts of God, natural disasters, weather conditions,
strikes, labour disputes, riots, acts of war or terrorism, governmental actions, or any other
force majeure event beyond our reasonable control.

9. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Retreat, Ibiza is organised.

10. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or
unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent
permitted by law.

By participating in The Retreat, Ibiza, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
